Government Relations and Social Action

Who we are

The Government Relations and Community Social Action Committee (OSAC) was established in 1986 to provide advice to the Ontario Division Board of Directors on provincial government relations and social action issues affecting people with MS and their family members.

The committee is comprised of MS Society members from across the province, most of whom have MS, as well as MS Society staff. The committee reports regularly to the Ontario Division Board of Directors on matters requiring action. In addition, a representative sits on the MS Society's
National Government Relations Committee.

  • John Clifford, Chair, Toronto
  • Andrea Butcher-Milne, Barrie
  • Yassemin Cohamin, Ottawa
